Our expert instructors provide thoughtful adaptations throughout the videos for osteoporosis, back pain, instability, and restricted range of movement—so you can move safely and progress at your own pace. Each session includes clear, supportive cueing with a strong emphasis on technique, control, and quality of movement, rather than intensity.
The platform is designed to be easy to use, with a favourites feature and filters to help you quickly find what you need—by class category, duration, level, equipment, body area, or specific requirements.
We’re passionate about Pilates, and we see time and again how it can improve quality of life and create lasting, positive changes in the body.
