A practical session combining fascia release and Pilates moves to release deep tension and restore healthy movement in your head, neck and shoulders.
Learn short, daily release techniques to keep pain and restrictions at bay and improve your posture. Essential for anyone experiencing stress and tension in the head, neck and upper body.

Trigger Point Pilates Workshop

A Trigger Point Pilates® class combines Pilates based exercises with trigger point release and clinical Myofascial principles to help release tight muscles, enhance functional daily movement and restructure the body.
The training method helps to release the body from inside out, targeting the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle and joint. It can help alleviate chronic pain conditions and acute muscular tightness, minimising restrictions and enhancing functional movement.
Trigger Point Pilates (TPP) is ideal for everyone, however fit; from the elite athlete to the post rehab client.

A practical session looking at correct alignment of the foot and lower limb, incorporating take away exercises to restore healthy foot function, improve strength, articulation, and proprioception in the feet.
