A body conditioning class using hand weights, resistance and body weight to tone and strengthen the whole body. Designed to improve bone health, build cardiovascular endurance and increase muscle strength. You can expect to get hot and work hard! Finish with a dedicated stretch section and a focus on pelvic floor. This class is not suitable for anyone with injuries, particularly hand, arm, shoulder or neck injuries.
Everything happens from the feet up! A must for all sports enthusiasts and anyone who has ever suffered with foot or lower limb problems. In this practical workshop we look at common injuries, work on correct alignment of the foot and lower limb, and practice exercises to restore healthy foot function, improving strength and articulation in the feet. Filmed in bite sized chunks so you can dip in and out as you like!

Pelvic Floor issues are really common and it’s time we talked about them. This workshop discusses pelvic floor function and dysfunction and teaches you exercises to practice, what changes you can make and where to go for help.
Short sessions focusing on modifications for specific medical conditions like Osteoporosis and Herniated discs, as well as helping you perfect your technique on those exercises which can be hard to perform correctly.
Classes designed to increase your flexibility by lengthening the muscles and improving range of movement in the joints. Tight muscles can affect your posture and your body’s overall performance.
Take a more detailed look at specific target areas, such as feet and shoulders, functional movement, posture, balance and sciatica. All sessions are designed to teach you more about your body and get you moving better.
Focus on simple rolling techniques and movements using the body weight to elongate and release the muscles and fascia. Full body and target area sessions to free the body of restrictions, leaving you feeling calm and balanced.
These classes focus on breath, slow sustained stretches and/or flowing, mindful movements. Designed to calm and focus the mind, soothe the soul and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
High Intensity Training Pilates.
Fast paced workouts with no modifications, designed to get your heart pumping and challenge your muscles. Full body toning in half the time! Not suitable for those with injuries.
The class pace is careful and unhurried giving you time to focus on getting your technique correct. If you suffer from aches and pains, are recovering from illness, or are resuming exercise after a long absence then these classes are for you.
Learn what Pilates is all about! A comprehensive way to learn the Pilates method. This is for clients who have never done Pilates before but want to get started or for those with a little experience who want to recap on the basics. Learn the basic principles of the Pilates technique and improve your awareness of your body as it moves; focusing on posture, correct abdominal connection, breath and placement.
Ranging from 15-30mins, these sessions are quick but effective, either targeting specific body areas or providing a full, body workout. Remember you can always put a couple together!
Full length small equipment Pilates classes from 35-65mins in length. Use small props to target specific muscle groups, improve the way you connect into your body and challenge your stability.
Full length Matwork Pilates classes from 35-65mins in length, designed to give clients a range of options and alternatives on exercises so that they can progress at their own pace. Small equipment may be used in parts of the class.
